State of the culture sector

As of 1 January 2023 the city’s culture department oversees 13 cultural institutions, including the Culture Centre, houses of culture, art schools and museums.

For national holidays theatrical programmes, craft and national cuisine exhibitions are held, promoting the city’s cultural heritage.
